The position holder will manage a busy office offering all necessary office services including client liaison, administration support, procurement, acquisition of statutory licences and petty cash management. The job holder will also double up as principal assistant to the Director.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy office is required. Experience within the logistics industry will be a distinct advantage. We invite applications from candidates aged between 26 to 32 years with minimum of diploma education level and proficient with MS Office. The company is a lean organization. Consequently, the entire staff will occasionally be involved in various duties outside of their usual scope of work.
