Background Information

Career Options Africa, is a HR Consultancy firm specialized in Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support within the East African Region with offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and now Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi.

In order to enhance our operations in Burundi, COA seeks to fill the above position with a suitably qualified and competent Office Assistant with experience working in a busy business environment to work on part time basis.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

1. Business Development

• Support company marketing efforts including online marketing and search engine optimization.
• Support development of new country markets.

1. Human Resource

• Ensure timely payments of salaries, statutory deductions and company taxes.
• Represent company in meetings with statutory bodies and clients.
• Posting on own and external job sites.
• Preparing contracts

QUALIFICATIONS

The job holder should have the following qualifications;

1. MUST have a degree or higher diploma in HR or related field.
2. At least 6 months of relevant experience.
3. Familiar with labor and employment laws of Burundi/ DRC
4. Effective organizational skills
5. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Should have good problem-solving skills
7. Meticulous attention to detail.
8. Be a great team player.
9. Proficiency in MS Office

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies;

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
2. High level of confidentiality and integrity
3. Must be highly organized
4. Ability to take initiative and work independently

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

We are offering 100 USD Monthly allowance and a daily amount when called to work for the successful candidate.
